There are some tools I’ve used to stay out of scammers’ grasp, come back for part 2 and 3.

The first thing I notice is how eagerly they pitch me. “ Hello Miss Jaden. I’ve read your heartwarming novel… I would love to work with you to help this beautiful novel be seen… just say yes and we’ll get started.”

Real reviewers say something more like, “ hello Jaden, my name is… I review books with your genre. This is my website, let me know if you’re interested.”

They’re straight to the point and give you all the information and leave it in your hands rather than badgering and brown nosing.
