I think everyone has that book or poem they want to write whether it be a fleeting thought or a lasting dream.

Question is, who/what cuts the dream short? Is it the English teacher, mom, dad, or someone more personal, yourself maybe.

Why don’t you try writing your project with out thinking of the 5 year plan. See where it goes. If it doesn’t make it past your computer, that’s fine. You still wrote it!

I think writing is a personal journey not unlike art. A form of expression that you’d like others to enjoy and pay for, but not the purpose.

Write it for yourself and be present while doing it.

You’ve got this!
