Depending on how you publish, the back of your book will be done differently.

My publisher had a service which created it for me. I filled out a form saying the gist of the book, sent it in, they made a mock up, I edited then it was made.

Other places may want you to create it all yourself or they could do the whole process for you.

Whichever way you go, the final result is up for you to okay.
